Job Summary:

A dynamic and highly consultative team within IFP (Individual Family Plans) Business Delivery. This GTM Implementation team supports both IFP Medical & Dental products and was created with the introduction of PPACA (government defined open enrollment periods, effective dates, and need to define product portfolios across all states each year).This is an individual contributor role that depends on working independently and also with matrix partners on a daily basis. Role requires a critical level of detail oriented skills to complete and audit QHP template suite, Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC’s), auditing marketing materials such as Summaries of Benefits (SoB’s), Plan Comparisons and Playbooks, Internal and External System Testing, etc.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing source product documentation for consistency/accuracy
  • Develop and manage QHP project plan for assigned states
  • Completing QHP Template suite
  • Creating Summaries of Benefits Coverage (SBC’s) & Coverage Facts Labels (CFL’s)• Reviewing External Summaries of Benefits & Plan Comparisons
  • Ownership of artifact storage, distribution & version control
  • Testing of online quoting sites
  • Involved in Auditing internal and external templates and documents
  • Lead and investigate roadblocks and challenges
  • Creating and updating SOP’s and other artifact documents
  • Manage document online library along with URL creation for members and broker community
  • Manage daily schedule of production and business meetings
  • Manage yearly GTM tasks along with system testing and checkouts
  • Identify lessons learned for process improvements
  • Training of new staff
  • Responsible for self-learning
  • Attend On-Site travel as needed

Qualifications

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, operations experience or experience within a healthcare organization
  • Experience with Individual Plans and Facets a plus
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills necessary to accomplish a large number of tasks within a specified timeframe
  • Self-motivator, detail oriented, and willingness to adapt to tactical needs in a fast-paced demanding workplace
  • Team oriented necessary to provide coverage due to volume demands as well as back-up
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills are helpful
  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment
