Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for the profitable sales growth of the Uponor brands to the
commercial markets. Emphasis will be on major strategic owners & developers,
general & mechanical contractors, architects & engineers. This position is also responsible for increasing market share by developing solid relationships, growth plans, and execution plans
within the region. This position also is responsible for supporting coordination and execution
of commercial sales plans and strategies and key account management.
Coordinates with Sales Manager on key commercial strategies.
Develops and implements commercial sales strategies and market plans to deliver sales growth and market share objectives.
Coordinates and implements sales calls and presentations to all commercial stakeholders. Establishes and maintains regular contact with key commercial general & mechanical contractors, architects & engineers
Coordinates and assists in key account management execution of national commercial accounts’ sales plans and strategies and coordinates/assists with follow-up activities.
Mentors/coaches and trains Technical Sales team, collaboratively works with training to develop curriculum. Mentors/coaches/trains manufacturer’s reps and Uponor sales personnel.
Responsible for commercial sales tracking and project pipeline.
Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the strategic business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
