Dolfi is looking for an experienced Online Sales ninja with the right attitude, who can generate and grow sales through online e-commerce channels. This job opportunity is a great launchpad for ambitious candidates. This is a chance to grow a successful startup while simultaneously growing with it. Dolfi is a hand-sized device that cleans your clothes with the power of ultrasonic technology. This revolutionary product was launched on Indiegogo and has been featured in various press outlets including the Huffington Post. Dolfi was founded by Lena Solis (also a member of the Dynamite Circle) who has been driven by the desire to create a product that will solve the hassle of laundry during travels.
The small, 100% remote team is spread around the world. There are team members in Thailand, Australia, the UK, and the Czech Republic The young company and team are fast growing as they reach more and more people with their life-changing products.
About the Role
We are growing and need more hands to support our online sales expansion. This position is for experienced online marketer/salesman with a proven record of building and growing online sales (preferably for physical product) for at least 3-4 years. You will be working mostly independently but in close cooperation with the founder/CEO to whom you’ll report directly.
Day to Day
The main goal is to drive online sales. The priority will be to promote our own Dolfi online webstore, but we are also selling through other online platforms internationally and plan to expand those sales channels as well.
The day to day of the role:
- Driving online sales
- Traffic generation
- Conversion optimisation
- Sales to other online platforms, affiliates, and resellers
- Calls with the team members as a group as well as individually
- Providing weekly updates and progress reports
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow to VP Sales and become one of the key executives in the company.
Who You Are
We will be looking for candidates with a record of tangible experience in driving successful online sales (preferably for physical product).
The TOP 3 skills you must have:
- Operation of online stores including analytics, conversion optimisation, API etc.
- Online marketing tools and tactics
- Creativity and initiatives for unconventional solutions
Ideal candidate speaks fluent English, is excellent with numbers, tech-savvy and has strong ambitions for personal and professional growth.
