We are currently looking for a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team and help us with all human resource procedures. The right candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
Your main responsibilities will include recruiting and hiring new team members, helping them with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and other HR activities. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and a team player.

Our business White Light Digital Marketing is a 100% remote digital marketing agency specialising in SEO. Our clients are located all around the world. We are a young, sexy, and innovative company that is at the front of digital marketing.
We also help run an international digital marketing conference in Bali called DMSS – Digital Marketing Skill Share www.dmss.io. About the Role
We are a fast-growing, fun remote SEO company looking for a great HR specialist who will provide us with the support and expertise we need in the following activities:
- creating job ads,
- attracting talent, sourcing, and job posting through different platforms
- interviewing candidates,
- providing us with reports and feedback,
- helping us with documents related to policies and procedures in our agency,
- organization, optimization, and automation of recruiting workflows for the internal and external positions,
- initiate the onboarding process for new hires,
- other HR-related tasks,…
This would be a part-time collaboration and we’re looking for someone who can start right away! In this role, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager who will provide you with essential information for your work.

- Proven HR experience
- The ability to communicate clearly about projects and be responsible with deadlines
