Summary

MailerLite is looking for a full-time Customer Support Manager. You must be fluent in English (any other languages, especially Russian, Lithuanian and Spanish would be a big advantage — don’t forget to mention them), fast-learning, and a multi-tasker. You can work from anywhere in the world but must be available in CST time zone.

MailerLite founded in 2005, started as a web design agency, but soon discovered email marketing and fell in love with it. MailerLite was born in 2010 to give businesses a simple yet powerful email solution to help them grow.

The MailerLite team speaks 12 languages fluently: English, Spanish, French, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Serbian, Bulgarian, Dutch, German, Estonian and Lithuanian. They are a remote-first culture with half of the team in Vilnius, Lithuania and the other half working remotely from all over the world.
