We’re currently hiring FULL TIME and PART TIME Call Center Agents / Experts for day time shifts. Previous Call Center experience preferred. Ideal candidates will have some customer service and sales experience and be quite eloquent speaking on the telephone.

Requirements

  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Customer Service and/or Sales Experience
  • Education: High school. AA / BA / BS a plus
  • Positive attitude with an Outgoing Personality
  • Experience with CRMs and call center technology
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Previous experience working in a call / contact center environment is a huge plus
  • Must enjoy being on the phone and talking to people for the duration of the work day

Day to Day

  • Follow agreed upon standard operating procedures
  • Document and finalize call information accurately and consistently
  • Satisfy customer needs and maintain good image for the organization
  • Facilitate phone transfers to the appropriate sales channel for interested consumers
  • Follow-up, via telephone, with consumers who request information from our network of websites
