Solution Support Specialist

Your challenge

The Application Specialist is part of the Solution Team and is responsible for providing business and technical expertise of the Philips Wellcentive platforms to support existing customers, sales needs and internal participants both within the PHM space and the larger Philips organization.

The Application Specialist also reviews potential product needs and helps builds business cases to drive market need from prospects, customer and other industry sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product expertise to explain both functional and business value of solution
  • Reviewing requirements from a variety of financial/quality programs/measure stewards and determine necessary use of application to support such programs through development of product story, workflow use or other explanation material.
  • Provide input to technology group related to key trends seen in marketplace
  • Become a company expert in an area within PHM to specialize in knowledge (area of workflow, client type or ROI area)
  • Interface with prospects, clients, industry leaders and other stakeholders on key product attributes or other industry-leading programs.
  • Potential for to travel up to 50% to customer or prospect sites and industry events

We are looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years clinical and business workflow experience of large healthcare systems
  • Knowledge of population health management and non-fee for service reimbursement programs
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills
  • Care Management and/or Clinical Transformation experience a plus
  • Preferred: RN/Nurse – must have Financial/Clinical experience.
  • Preferred: Experience working with one or more of the following entities (ACO, IDN, IPA, large provider system, large hospital system and self-insured employers)
  • Comfortable traveling 50% of the time
