Description:

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will turnkey CoreAxis’ internal and external staffing needs as well as support the day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision and have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow up skills. You understand and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with every changing job responsibilities, keeping customer service, a core principle in your daily interactions. Experience within the Learning and Development space a plus!

Essential Job Duties:

  • Recruiting (70%):
    • Sourcing candidates through Linkedin Recruiter. Familiar with projects, inmail templates, advanced boolean structures, and tags
    • Comfortable reviewing profiles for keywords and assessing potential candidate skills
    • Sourcing candidate through Indeed.com
    • Managing the hiring process through Google Hire
    • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
    • Screening resumes and reviewing Instructional Design / eLearning samples for a base skill level
    • Performing phone interviews with candidates
    • Performing reference and background checks
    • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and VP of Operations
    • Maintaining relationships with our network of consultants
  • General Operations (30%):
    • Familiar with setting up templates, custom fields in DocuSign and managing the signing process
    • Familiar with onboarding and offboarding employees and consultants
    • Familiar with creating, reviewing, and editing MSA’s and SOW
    • Familiar with Supplier onboarding processes
    • Familiar with Vendor Management Systems
    • Familiar with insurance requirements and renewal processes
    • Experience with Quickbooks, Zoho, Zoom, GSuite, Google Docs, Google Hire, Snag it, LMS platforms, Powerpoint, Excel
    • Experience creating operating documents for various departments.
    • Experience with wordpress and google analytics.
