Hello Customer Success Representatives!

My name is John and my partner and I have a SAAS business dedicated to automate bookkeeping for successful entrepreneurs all over the world.

I am looking for a customer success representative specifically with these requirements:

  • Experience working with customers by phone & email
  • Experience with bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online preferably)
  • Must be able to work during US States Business Hours
  • Must be looking for a long-term relationship (ideally 1 year)
  • Must be able to respond to emails within an hour during our established business hours
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in Fitness industry or MindBody Online

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Answer customer support requests by email – digging in, investigating, and solving the deeper issues that they may not even be aware of
  • Proactively reach out to customers to see if there are any support issues that can be fixed before the customer even knows they have the issue
  • Create knowledge base articles for each issue as they occur
