HRIS Specialist (Remote)

Your mission


We're looking for an enthusiastic HRIS Specialist to join our team and take full responsibility for new hire onboarding and offboarding (software account mapping and laptop setup), for guidance on benefits and allowances, and HR technical support.

You will be reporting to our HR Operations Manager and will be in charge of the following:
- Providing HR-related technical support producing reports and data analysis, troubleshooting, and account mapping for tools, software, and integrations used by employees (such as Gmail, Asana, Quip, Timely, data security, and, multifactor authentication tools);
- Organizing a training portfolio (on cybersecurity, product, and legal matters) and internal events including team-building activities to ensure a positive employee experience;
- Smoothly managing onboarding processes, guiding new employees through our ecosystem, and ensuring laptops, internal tools, and software are all in place;
- Supporting the offboarding by removing access from tools and integrations, closing accounts, generating reports, collecting company equipment, and ensuring a seamless transition for departing employees;
- Supporting our HR Operations Manager in performing operational tasks related also, but not only, to payroll matters;
- Assisting employees with queries and providing guidance on benefits, allowances, and tools;
- Ensure that HR systems are in place for all teams globally, identify skills gaps and continuous improvements;
- Cooperating with Finance to facilitate payment approvals and equipment purchases related to HR operations and employee needs.

Requirements


- Full professional proficiency in English;
- At least 1 year of experience working in an HRIS role;
- Sound knowledge of 2-factor authentication tools (i.e., Google authenticator, Okta, 1Password);
- Strong technical skills with various software applications, tools, and integrations (we’re looking for a tech-savvy);
- Previous experience in general HR, and system administration tasks;
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Excellent communication skills to engage with the Management and colleagues.


Added values

- Previous experience in a remote environment;
- Previous experience with cloud systems (i.e., One Drive, Google Workspace) and project management tools (i.e., Asana, Jira, Trello);
- Knowledge of HRIS tools (i.e., HiBob, Workable);
- Being interested in the Tech scene.


Location


At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world.
