What You’ll Be Doing: 

Grow Therapy is looking for a world-class Sales Manager to lead a team of 8+ highly motivated inbound Provider Growth Associates (Sales Associates) all of whom care deeply about helping our providers achieve their dreams in private practice. You’ll focus on coaching and developing the team, refining our playbooks and optimizing new hire training. You’ll help build and take ownership of our outbound recruitment efforts to expand our therapist network across the US. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, mission-aligned sales leader to join a rapidly scaling team and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8+ Provider Growth Associates (Sales Associates). 

  • Trains, develops and supports new and existing Provider Growth Associates to ensure that they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Has a proven playbook of how to manage 1:1s, weekly meetings, overall cadence with the team and a strategy for generating outbound opportunities.

  • Training and development and building out an ongoing skills analysis aimed at designing a scalable curriculum for improvement/advancement.

  • The role will report into the lead of Therapist Recruitment

  • 1:1s with direct reports

  • Inter-Department collaboration across marketing and customer success

Salary range: ($90,000 - $140,760) + 20k commission

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have 2+ years of experience managing and developing a high-performing sales development or transactional sales team, backed by 5+ overall years in a sales function.

  • Savvy with data and looking at trend analysis to measure rep performance.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.

  • You enjoy taking a hands-on approach to personal development and coaching: you’ll be expected to provide tailored, direct, and earnest feedback to your team in order to develop the skills of your reports.

  • Comfortable with change and a fast paced work environment.

  • Detail oriented, organized and a self-starter.

  • You’re passionate about Mental Health Care and are extremely mission driven.
