Customer Service Specialist for a Fintech Platform

About the role

Your learning journey starts here! We are looking for a highly motivated and diligent Customer Service Specialist to join our Philippine team. As a CSR, you will be the first contact with WebStreet and work directly with different departments within the company, offering 5-star service. No calling or voice communication is required with customers.

This is a full-time, remote position but in-person training and monthly meet-ups are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide fantastic customer service to our prospects and investors through our Hubspot ticketing system.

  • Should be able to answer questions about how Webstreet works. This may include discussions about the program terms, signing up on our platform, signing documents, and sending payments.

  • Help investors who are stuck at any point in the process with the next steps.

  • Work with Investment Advisors to track and organize scheduled sales calls.

  • Help with Investment Analysts in updating Google Sheets (KYC, PnL, Acquisition tracking).

  • Collect data to help improve our overall customer service processes.

  • Maintain the accuracy of data across our CRM and operational spreadsheets.

  • Communicate with colleagues via Slack messaging application.

  • Attend weekly team calls via Slack or Zoom.

  • Other general duties as assigned including data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English skills are a must.

  • Quick learner, dependable, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Can work on a flexible schedule.

  • You must be highly motivated, goal-driven, and coachable.

  • Experience working in a customer service role.

  • Working computer with fast internet and a quiet place to work from.

  • Compensation - $650 USD/month starting salary with a possibility of a raise per year given excellent performance
