The problem is that the cleaning industry is still fairly similar to how it’s been for the last 20 years. Most cleaning companies use outdated products and outdated technology that isn’t customer-focused or built to provide a seamless, end-to-end experience.

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the operations team, customer support, and cleaner support. The Customer Success Representative will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the company.
What you’ll do and what we need:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer files and maintain accurate records of customer information
Help prepare reports and presentations for management and clients
Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners
Customer Support:
Portal, email, and phone support for onboarding, complaints, questions, etc.
Resolve complaints in an effective and efficient manner
Following up with clients to check their satisfaction
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
Provide outstanding customer service to clients
Book appointments with clients when needed
Coordinate between customers and cleaners during cleaning services
Track and keep documentation of client interactions
Upsell additional services to customers during customer support interactions
Create and adjust the scope of work
Supplies procurement
Cleaner Support:
Assist cleaners with their booking schedules
Support cleaners during cleaning services
Handle booking assignments
Monitor cleaner's locations for cleanings
Enforce disciplinary action on cleaners
Coordinate with cleaners to solve customer complaints and re-cleanings
Work as helpdesk support with the finance team if there are any invoice-related disputes or concerns

Requirements for the role
Equipment: PC or laptop, minimum of i5, 4th gen; 8GB RAM, 16GB HDD or higher
Internet connection: 20 Mbps minimum
1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the janitorial industry
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Dialpad is a plus, as well as in any janitorial booking app.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
