Graphic Designer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Graphic Designer requires stellar customer service, supporting senior designers and a think-on-your-feet attitude. In this role you will support DC&Co in delivering high quality graphic design services to its clients on budget and under deadline.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide stellar client management and customer service

• Oversee all design projects assigned from conception to delivery

• Work directly with team members on assigned projects

• Support production projects to concept to completion

• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics

• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software

• Apply typography techniques

• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

• Increase user-friendliness in digital products

• Maintain brand consistency for each client throughout all marketing projects

• Liaise with client marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

• Project manage assigned work via Monday.com

• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools

• Willingness to learn new platforms and SaaS applications as needed

• Provide brand support to the DC&Co brand, including, but not limited to, advertising, website updates, website graphics, tradeshow branding and presentations

• Additional duties may be required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field

• Proven work or education experience as a Graphic designer

• Portfolio of completed design projects

• Expert inAdobe Creative Suite

• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts

• Attention to visual details

• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

• Client relationship skills and management

• Project Management

• Design Management

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills

• MUST have website/UI design experience

• MUST have experience in working with Figma and or XD

• Worked within the Cyber Security, Technology and HealthTech is a plus

• Must be based in United States
