Project Manager, Performance Marketing

We’re seeking an organized, enthusiastic Project Manager, Performance Marketing to add to our dynamic team. This person will shepherd performance marketing deliverables from conception through completion that surprise, inform, and delight our audience. 

The ideal candidate has experience launching video or mixed media ad campaigns, either at advertising agencies or inside digitally native DTC brands.  They are familiar with trafficking video projects through all stages of campaign development and launch, including strategy, creative briefing, concept and script development, coordinating and tracking rounds of reviews up to production, and then coordinating with producers and editors through production to monitor deadlines and deliverables. 

You are detail-oriented, capable of managing priorities between multiple projects, and comfortable with scheduling, planning, and managing spreadsheets and calendars. You thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing social media environment. Experience with Slack, Monday.com, and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar) is critical. We’re looking for someone who can work with our team to streamline the current process and build and maintain spreadsheets and production documents while keeping documents organized and communication flowing between team members and departments.

Day-to-day duties:

  • Assist with big-picture forecasting and planning for all campaigns, including timelines and assignment of roles and responsibilities. 

  • Manage logistics of full execution of content from kickoff call to launch

  • Manage creative development for new client launches from strategy to delivery, coordinating cross-departmentally

  • Organize and distribute notes received from clients to the relevant teams or departments

  • Organize and house all assets needed for each production in Monday.com (or other project management system)

  • Help track projects and documents across multiple departments

  • Create and maintain production documents for project organization

  • Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms with the production team

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • 2+ years of previous experience as a project coordinator/manager or relevant experience

  • Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication

  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

  • Deadline-oriented and comfortable working with daily time constraints

  • Talent for anticipating needs and being highly proactive in addressing them

  • Able to work autonomously and in group settings
