Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Head of Product to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle across all our iGaming offerings, including sportsbook, casino,crypto and soon Poker verticals. You will be the champion of our player experience, ensuring we deliver innovative and engaging products that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Own the product vision and roadmap for all iGaming verticals (sportsbook, casino, crypto)
Manage a team of Product Managers
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Define in-game sales, offers, and promotions to maximise conversion rate and ARPPU
Translate player insights and business goals into actionable product features and functionalities
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, marketing, and operations teams to define the game’s strategy and long-term vision
Prioritise product backlog, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
Identify and implement monetization strategies, including assessing game economy, player engagement, and other significant metrics and use these insights to provide actionable recommendations
Stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory landscape and industry trends in iGaming

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the iGaming industry
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing iGaming products
Strong understanding of player behaviour, user experience (UX) principles, and conversion optimization techniques
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and responsible gambling practices
