Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing demand generation team. The role will lead and execute our campaign strategies and PLG programs to drive growth for Recharge’s platform. The role will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners including product, operations, product marketing, BDR and Sales.

What you’ll do

  • Live by and champion our values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration & Details 

  • Develop cohesive marketing campaigns based on audiences, products and use cases; And communicate with relevant stakeholders why and how campaigns will operate

  • Use a combination of data, research, and market trends to articulate and socialize the strategy for our self-service motion

  • Own our campaign and PLG motions by making both big swings and optimizations that can drive growth in our conversions

  • Be accountable for the incremental lift in trial to processing merchant conversion

  • Identify and reduce friction points to increase speed to processing, conversion rates, and product-led upgrade revenue

  • Scale campaigns with automation. Track and report measures of the success of campaigns

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of growth, or product management experience in a B2B SaaS marketing capacity (previous PLG preferred)

  • Track record in building and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Possess an understanding of business metrics and the ability to establish product-led growth initiatives across various stages of the customer journey

  • Thrive in an ambiguous environment, making calculated decisions when faced with imperfect information

  • Experience developing and sharing learnings and insights 

  • Deep familiarity with typical marketing tech stacks (e.g, Hubspot, Salesforce, Looker, Apollo, Google Suite)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail with a motivated, self-starter attitude

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
