Partnerships Growth Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships Growth Operations Manager to enable Rula’s Partnerships team to crush our growth goals through thoughtful, practical, elegant workflow optimization and analytics. This person will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Partnerships team’s CRM, honing our forecasting techniques, and providing best-in-class reporting and visibility to Rula’s cross-functional stakeholders. This person will apply their experience with sales/growth operations tools and processes to identify and solve operational problems with empathy and analytical rigor. You will be supporting the rapidly expanding Partnerships team as we identify and cultivate exciting new opportunities to expand access to mental health care.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of analytics, business / clinical / growth operations, or relevant experience

  • Familiarity with growth/sales operations best practices, including growth planning, forecasting, and/or performance metrics

  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Copper, including its configuration, customization, and optimization

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies using data management and analysis tools, spreadsheets (e.g., Looker, Excel or Google Sheets)

  • Independently creates order and meaning from incomplete information, ambiguous requirements, and nonstandard processes without an existing playbook

  • Effective at communicating  (both written and verbal) insights and recommendations to team members and leadership

  • Ability to manage projects, including the implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring timely and successful completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the health ecosystem, especially in tech-enabled healthcare services companies partnering with payers

  • Experience researching and sizing healthcare opportunities at the market- and opportunity-level

  • Experience building dynamic healthcare utilization and/or epidemiological forecasting models

  • Experience with growth/sales team territory planning, especially within the healthcare services industry 

  • Experience developing or calculating variable compensation plans for growth/sales teams

  • Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for deeper data analysis

  • MPA, MPH, MHA or MBA degree preferred
