Corporate Finance Senior Manager
As a Corporate Finance Senior Manager, you’ll be a trusted thought partner - making an impact by supporting the global organization with sound operational & financial decision making. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Finance, you will partner with P&L owners to develop budgets and the supporting processes/tools for P&L performance management. This is an individual contributor role managing a function rather than team members.
What you'll do
Develop and implement FP&A best practices, procedures and processes to drive best in class forecast & planning, business insights and analysis to support key members of the senior leadership team
Provide decision support to executives and department leaders around personnel, contractors, and vendors
Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and operate driver based forecasts for expenses, including, but not limited to, personnel workforce models and hosting costs
Establish a deep working relationship with our R&D organization and drive new initiatives such as integrating product led initiatives into the budget/forecast
Oversee consistent variance analysis, highlighting any changes in key drivers of the business and operationalizing next steps
Support the financial close process - assist the accounting team in the close by incorporating accrual feedback and chart of accounts development
What you have
8+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of investment banking experience preferred
Experience working closely with, or in, a R&D/Product function, providing modeling and insights around new/existing features, conversion funnel, monetization, web hosting, and product margins
Mastery of financial models (3-statement, DCF, working knowledge of GAAP)
Experience with, and advanced understanding of, relational databases and BI tool functionality

The salary range for this role is $116,000 - $178,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
