Account Manager, UK (South West)

Managing clients in the South West of England, you will report to the Manager of Client Services and take on a vital role in fostering post-sales client relationships. Your responsibilities will include overseeing user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, managing campaigns, and identifying revenue opportunities to grow our accounts. Working closely with your Sales Manager and cross-functional teams, you will strive to maximise our customers' campaign ROI while ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
StackAdapt is a Remote-First company. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the South West of England.
Occasional travel may be required.
What you'll be doing:
Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients within your region across a wide range of verticals.
Utilize your understanding of Agency/brand/campaigns to ensure objectives and goals are met.
Maintain a strong focus on Customer Retention Rate and Net Revenue Retention Rate to achieve a quarterly target.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
Host regular training and education sessions with your clients.
Regularly report on campaign performance, KPI optimisation, and strategic solutions.
Set up and manage traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
What you'll bring to the table:
Experience working with clients throughout the UK market across multiple verticals
In-depth knowledge of programmatic and media buying
Proficient in presentation skills for clients
Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
Proven track record in managing client relationships and growing revenue
The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region
