Client Account Manager

About the position:

Velosio is looking for a Client Account Manager to be an integral member of the Sales Team. 

As a Client Account Manager at Velosio, you will be responsible for generating significant growth within the Velosio client base with a focus on client retention, satisfaction, and cross-selling. The CAM role is to strategically focus on their assigned clients to drive revenue growth. This includes the sale of Velosio Solutions, Cloud Solutions, Products & Professional Services. Sales are developed through building relationships, direct sales, account planning, and marketing activities using a structured team sales methodology. #LI-Re

Your day might look like:

  • Attain sales quota by creating and executing a business plan that effectively demonstrates strategies to exceed revenue goals and expand Velosio’s value.  

  • Proactively uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities with assigned clients and drive those opportunities to a successful close.  

  • Maintain and respond to opportunities generated from digital marketing or phone campaigns, website traffic, networking events, and webinars, etc. 

  • Ability to assist clients with creating their technology roadmap to maximize their investment.  

  • Transition clients from on premise solutions to cloud solutions as well as working with our clients to explore the entire Microsoft suite of products. 

  • Position clients to move from traditional Dynamics applications to D365 BC and F&O as well as up-sell existing products: new users, modules, licensing changes, etc. 

  • Liaise between clients, ISV Partners, and internal team members to ensure accurate and timely coordination of all open items during sales cycles including engagement letters and related product services, licensing, and pricing information. 

  • Educate clients on business and technology trends, providing new perspectives and ideas on the solutions Velosio offers and how they could directly impact the client’s businesses. 

  • Drive client attendance at events & webinars and ensure maximum benefits achieved post-event by providing accurate and timely follow-up. 

  • Partner with the Marketing team to create content for upcoming events, webinars, newsletters, client success stories, client video testimonials, case studies, and industry/client specific white papers, etc. 

  • Participate in client onboarding, project kick-off meetings, and client lifecycle activities. 

  • Provide accurate and timely sales pipeline updates for existing client sales activities, which includes updating internal CRM system daily. 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in technology consulting sales with proven success selling into an existing client base. ERP/CRM sales experience preferred. 

  • Proven success in proactively uncovering opportunities with existing clients. 

  • Demonstrated capability to solution-sell and value-sell. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, accounting or equivalent. 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level executives. 

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed. 

  • Desire to create a company-wide culture of client success, engagement, and loyalty. 

  • Ability to work independently while being managed remotely. 

  • Comfortable with participating in and communicating with virtual teams.
